Customer Reviews :
This is my first touch screen phone and I’m really happy with it. In my business, I have access to medical information and material risks directly and reliably, while able to receive a number of public and private calls. The reason I say this because my first requirement is reliability, which is followed closely by the kindness. I had my Palm PDA reference books (no bags needed more books) and advanced through the blessing of the combination PDA phone / start with the Treo 700 and 755 to the Blackberry Curve and the BlackBerry Tour. I now have the BlackBerry Storm 2, and have no regrets. I was quite nervous about making the leap to tapping, because I was so used to a keyboard, next to the history of the storm was not brilliant. I did my research, has played with various devices, read reviews (Amazon included) and bought the phone. In doing so I have beaten the droid Eris and LGS.
The good:
1) The BB9550 is phenomenal reliable smoothly or a hardware problem.
2) It is very fast and open my medical reference texts faster than my Tour does.
3) The larger screen makes it possible for me to confirm (a good reason for switching to a full screen phone to read)
4) Email is mature more impressive, easily managed accounts
5) As a music player, photo album and a video device is excellent
6) The keyboard is great – I love the comment “click”. I do not complain on the fingers tired … how can we tap a computer keyboard or use a regular pencil with no muscles? All I can say is that if you are tired of short little effort, maybe the question wimpy fingers
7) the availability of memory is fantastic.
Touch screen is reliable, robust … The whole phone feels solid and well constructed.
The bad:
1) Learning curve using the keyboard shortcuts with my big fingers – will come faster and more efficient
2) battery life does suck – I load all the time out of habit (always, regardless of the device)Eventually, I love this phone and I am very pleased to have obtained. I give my excellent gift tower!
As you can see, the bad guys “are relative and not really factors for such a powerful device.
